I have appealed before here:
https://www.skial.com/threads/ban-appeal.36449/#post-410503
I figured I would try to appeal again since it's been a long time. I do not wish to rescind any claims I made then.
It's been over 4 years since I was proxy-banned. At this point I've accumulated close to 5000 hours in TF2 and I still haven't hacked. Sentry guns and stickyspam compensates for my bad aim just fine.
I still live in the same house as then with the same router. My IP at the current moment seems to have changed, but given that it's a dynamic IP it will likely eventually match again eventually so this whole appeal might be in vain.
Here's my profile page:
https://steamcommunity.com/id/unarmedsarmory/
I've changed names to "Unarmed Civilian" for about 3 years and recently changed it to "Rallying Flame" in an attempt to change how I interact with people by pushing myself to act consistently with it.
Here's the list of accounts tied to the banned IP:

The person who responded to my last appeal may be happy to know that I now have one alt account so that I would now be lying if I said I have no alt accounts:
https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198341786699/
I created it at the insistence of a friend to smurf in the one game that's listed on it, decided it was pointless, and abandoned it until I decide I want to join low-level servers in Chivalry or something.
...
I honestly expect this to get denied. I believe it is completely justifiable to lean on the side of banning someone suspicious who could turn out to be a normal player in the off chance that they might be lying. Around 5 or 6 years ago I once moderated in a, now dead, Minecraft server with an absurdly lax policy on banning hackers: the banlist was cleared every Christmas. Gives me conniptions just to recall that experience. I don't envy your positions.
I'm just tired of re-queuing constantly when I want to marathon a map in Casual and your servers seem to be some of the few normal community servers that are still active.
A quick glance through the other appeals show that this probably won't go through. Hopefully this read's at least a pleasant change of pace. I've spent a few hours agonizing on what to write here.
