Approved Anti Freekill in Jailbreak

On jailbreak, when you are a guard, 1 minigun BULLET does 40 damage at moderate range. This should be nerfed, because it makes mass free killing very easy.

This anti-freekill plugin? Fuck it with a cactus. Warden gave everyone freeday, I'm the last guard left, and everyone's attacking. After killing five of them in the armory, I'm insta-slayed. Total bullshit. Disable it now, Bott.

And we've potentially got Pimpernel and Grima. Hell, if I could moderate this server exclusively I would. We don't need most of our mods on Jailbreak, we need enough. We almost have enough.
 
I think it could be refined by not counting kills from prisoners that attacked you.

I'm also open to a dedicated jailbreak admin.

For now I am increasing the kills/min to 6 because I am busy with more pressing matters.
