Althought that server could really use some serveillance, i don't think you'll fit in the admin possition really good. I personally don't think this deserves an improve, based on his chatlog
Plus, he made up a rule, as much as we all hate squeakers, they are still allowed to talk on the servers like anyone else, making up rules is not something worthy of getting admin, especially if he is going to use his powers to mute people who sound young.

It's a custom server, most younger people play on those anyway. The server would be empty from his abuse if he was a mod.

Skial deathrun server, he said younger than 13. Hell, I don't even use my mic in game, pretty much only on TS
Plus not a squeaker.
