Im funny, friendly. always free to help and know something about servers.
I also play many hours per day, and many games aswell.
When i played in skials vssaxtonhale server, I saw like 1-4 grieffers and trollers.
I live in finland, thats almost the same timezone moscow got.

Make sure you have the server(s) you play on regularly listed. Based on your recent events, I only see Badwater and Saxton Hale.

While I'm not sure if I have the right to -1/+1 another's app, I figure I can give advice for the future to you confidently:

In general, an application or resume should be able to explain the reasoning for the viewer/overseer to intake, the reasons why they would say yes/accept, well enough to leave an impression and clearly define what you are offering to the company/organization/community/anything without leaving them wanting, I believe I have seen you once or twice when I've been on the skial 2fort server's (EU and NY i believe), and If I were to judge you solely on what you've said here versus what I saw there, I would have 2 very different impressions for better or worse.

EDIT: I Could have worded that much more casually in retrospect, tl;dr: effectively far to vague as to reasoning for the last area from what I could tell, if, and only if, the hours were not considered into a decision

Hi Ela. I'm sorry that the other admins refused to show you any professional courtesy in explaining why your app was marked improve. If you read our admin requirements (which were present on the admin app itself), we require 200 hours of skial playtime. Currently, you have 36 minutes of playtime on our custom servers, and 1 hour, 28 minutes of play time on our quickplay servers. That is very far off from our 200 hours requirement. You should work on your play time and start to introduce yourself and get to know the server regulars. After that, you could consider reapplying several months down the line. For now, this is marked improve. Enjoy our servers!
