Approved Add vsh_cairo_pyramid_v4 to the map list for VSH

I'm Zombaco, and I'm a regular on the Skial VSH NY server, and there is a map that I wish to add: vsh_cairo_pyramid_v4. This is my favorite VSH map, and it would be awesome if it could be added. It would be great to see a larger variety in maps and not the same ones on rotation, and I believe that the 4th version (not the 8th) of cairo pyramid would be an excellent addition to the list of maps for the VSH servers. Cairo was on VSH a long time ago but IIRC I think it was removed due to lack of player traffic to the map.

But if there's a chance we can keep it filled up again I'm all for it, was a fun map
