No one has access to their home internet all the time. Some simply prefer using phone hotspot connections. Others don't even have home internet at all and simply use phone WIFI.
Some people also use proxies.
The problem is, Skial does not allow connections via proxies or phone hotspot connections.
My suggestion is to add a whitelist of users who can join and play through these means.
In order to be accepted to the whitelist you must simply have a certain number of hours on skial and request access via the forums.
