Add "Rules" Forum Tab

Would it be possible to add a "Rules" tab to the top of the forum?

Idealy this would have a dropdown,

• Rules
  • Forum Rules
  • Server Rules
  • Jailbreak Rules

Just something easily visible... since a lot of people don't seem to be able to find the rules.

Example:

A lot of people who want to view the rules will just type !rules on the server though, they don't tend to specifically search for the Skial forums to find the rules.

Sure, but this is for people who:

• Don't know about the !rules command
• Come to the forum outside of the game

Plus, if you Google search for "Skial Server Rules", "site:skial.com Server Rules" - or super specifically "site:skial.com "Server Rules" - you don't get the page as the first result, even.

+1 Since there really is no down side in doing so. Besides, it would be a huge help for the newcomers who don't know where the rules are.
If only it existed when I was new then my 20 minutes of trying to find it would have been 20 seconds.
