I believe you can subscribe to be able to download. The dev says they uploaded the map correctly to the workshop.

This is where the file is located:

Hard Drive>steam>steamapps>workshop>content>440>1260077024
copy the bsp to tf2 maps and then run the code in console : Map vsh_urban_sprawl
Harddrive:steam>steamapps>common>team fortress 2>tf>maps. then paste

After subscribing the map will download into the workshop folder and the easiest way to the map is to use the windows search bar and type in : vsh_urban_sprawl_v2.bsp :

you guys do know that TF2 Dedicated Servers work a bit differently than standard TF2 installations, right?

Although I don't see a single health pack.

I didnt add health packs because of the occasional rocket jumper who runs the game into a stale mate and stalls this happens on other saxton hale servers I played. I will be turning the forest into a healing zone but at 2 hp per second so the soldier cant be in and out with full health.
