Approved Add Jailbreak Rules link to Server Rules page

The current Server Rules page has the following:

Trade Server Rules

• Only Skial or Steamrep approved middleman are allowed.
• Raffles will require a middleman.

Deathrun Rules

• Lying about freerun is allowed.

Suggesting that we change this to include Jailbreak (and change "Deathrun" to "Death Run Server").

The new Server Rules page would have the following:

Trade Server Rules

• Only Skial or Steamrep approved middleman are allowed.
• Raffles will require a middleman.

Death Run Server Rules

• Lying about freerun is allowed.

Additionally to this, though seperate from the suggestion. It might be useful for Trade Server Rules to have their own thread too, managed by @Faron, @Sargent¥ or @BBQ Prophet if they wanted to expand the rules in the future... this probably wouldn't be as big of an isue for Death Run - as there aren't any rules per say.
