Declined Add Ghosting to the votemenu in jailbreak

It happens a lot in jaibreak that someone tells "Hes in the obby" while dead. When it happens, some times people call votemutes against them with the reason: Spam.
When many of them actually dont spam but just reveal the position of a rebel or guard or any other information it can make it hard on appeals and voteabuse reports.
