-1, for a few reasons
1. Only 10 traps in the map. We have, on average, like 26-32 players on the server at any given time. This simply isn't gonna work
2. Lack of pictures of the map in the submission. Also, a bit of a lack of information about the map in general. So I can't really get an idea of how the map is. The "engineers only" thing sounds interesting though.
3. The map seems fairly new, and judging by the wording of the submission is probably very unfinished. The mapmaker also hasn't made any other maps, so he is probably very new as well, lending to the idea that the map is probably unfinished.
I would wait until v2, that the mapmaker says he will make, before considering adding the map.
