Approved Add CS:GO Forum to "Main"

CS:GO is becoming almost if not just as popular as Dota on this forum and it deserves to be in "main"

We have a specific trade section for it, but no actual section for it in main, which has never really made any sense.

Also, you could've just typed what I just said in a thread instead of trying to funny and use MS Paint.
