Hi,
The above guy was a good friend of mine, So when he asked me for 8 keys few months ago, I gave him considering he had good rep and all. But after so many months of me asking him again and again, he had clearly refused to give my keys back. That is why I'm reporting against him. I've provided proof as chat screenshots of he admitting taking 8 keys and refusing to return back.
