I uninstalled all my browsers and I still have this coming up.

What happens if you run chrome in incognito mode (CTRL + SHIFT + N)? Is it still there?

Talking to him on steam now. Figured out it's a virus..liveplayer 3.2, isn't the first time I've helped someone get rid of it - this should fix his issues.
