Approved 1 second respawn time on Idle/Trade

since Valve changed the Item Drop system to pause progress until the new item alert is answered, perhaps it's time to eliminate instant respawn so players receive item alerts upon death.

I've seen a player with his name on idle several times but never on a regular server.

That's cause Bott doesn't play much TF2, he just likes to check in on a few servers every once and a while.

Way back when, when we had the original No-Crit/No-Spread server, he played on there a few times. Only time I ever saw Roman actually play TF2 as well.
