"fees"?
do you mean sending money to another person using paypal?
if so why not use a donation link instead

To clarify, by fees, I mean international transaction fees.

Usually it is only a few cents

To pay the fee, you click on the checkbox that is on the confirmation screen before sending payment. The fee is usually a few cents.

I am not sure what you mean by a donation link since this is not payment to charity or any organization.

For exchange of digital goods using PayPal, it is always recommended to mark payments as gifts.
It is why in all Cash Trading forums tend to have a stickied/pinned thread to point this out to both buyers and sellers.

The reason for this is that the buyer will win any "Item Not Received" PayPal dispute claim filed. Any goods, whether digital or physical, must have a delivery confirmation or tracking service showing the status of the item to be "Delivered" to be eligible for PayPal's Seller Protection Policy.
