They're not. Stereotypically swastikas are portrayed as a Nazi symbol, but they're actually just symbols that have been used by many ancient civilizations in the past, and still used today in hinduism, jainism and buddhism.

Personally I ban for the spray if it is clearly a representation of the Nazi symbol, which has become the symbol of antisemitism and racism.

In red we see the social idea of the movement, in white the nationalistic idea, in the swastika the mission of the struggle for the victory of the Aryan man, and, by the same token, the victory of the idea of creative work, which as such always has been and always will be anti-Semitic.

The Nazi swastika can be distinguished by being tilted 45°, while the religious symbol is placed flat.

The symbol used by religions/cultures and the Nazi party are different. This is clearly a Nazi symbol, as it is angled.
