trigger_teleport

When i use trigger_hurt or trigger_teleport (those are the only two i've tried) Ingame they do not work. My map is in the sky so i tried to place the trigger teleport below everything so when a player falls off they can teleport back, this didn't work whilst i tested the map So i tried...
