    New Add RTD to more servers

    Guess who's back. Thanks for adding a new surf map to the rotation btw! But there's still one thing I'm concerned about. Some servers (including the one I play, the surf server) lack the RTD plugin, when other servers have it! I feel like it would be fun to have RTD in more servers as sometimes...
