Last night when getting on I was notified with this message and my rocket launcher has been permanently switched. Please fix this.

Hey. I donated to Skial maybe a month or two ago by buying the 300 day option and still haven't gotten the benefits just yet on the server i was playing on TF2. I was told to let the server i was playing reset or just keep waiting. Can i get a helping hand on receiving the benefits please?
