!gimme is cancer

Can we remove those additional OP weapons from !gimme? People only using VIP to abuse them due to mass skill issues, and it's genuinely repetitive to play with someone constantly pissing out no-skill DHs or Jarate that kills. At the very least I believe it should be considered abuse to have it...
