    New [VSH] Make caber worth using

    Ullapool Caber is rarely used because the risk/reward is a bit silly, if I'm not mistaken it does a little more damage than 1 gl pill right now, but it would be a fun option if it did more damage. Considering the caber grenade is a one-off and the risk is very high one could easily argue it...
