Would the use of a soundboard still be bannable if it's just a sound being played for less than a second for moments of interest that happen in a server?

But what if soundboard is sounds of my own voice with predetermined say lines, cause most times my voice tends to just not work well in TF2 for some reason, but works fine in Discord and anywhere else...
