Accounts are extremely limited if they don't pay 5 dollars through steam. I couldn't even find my old account due to this, and they can't friend people themselves.

Can they still add random people?

I feel like it's foreigners just making scripts to make accounts and then copy paste paragraphs with links to scam a tual steam users.

Huh. So there's these people out there that spend $5 on their accounts to have the opportunity of sending me a friend request in the attempt to scam me.

And then I accept their friend request and immediately ask them "what color is your butthole ?"
