Like trying to get pumped up for even the littlest things is hard! Going on a spur-of-the-moment day trip with my best friend tomorrow, but I'm like blah a trip no big deal. How do you pump yourself up when you're not?! LIFE TIPS NEEDED! :D
Well, first thing I do is having a great cup of coffee, trying to pump myself up with the lilltle goals I want to achieve that day (most of them are routine), just smiling in the mirror works great also. It's better to think @ the little positive "whatevers" then to be a pessimist all day long.
