The only emulator I can get for emerald is one I have to pay for, I can play it on others at an FPS of literally 1. As for voltorb, I don`t think that will be my electric type, I`ll probably just have someone with like, tbolt or something. I also chose Charmander cause original

There are free emulators, but the free ones can are for GBA, Platinum is a DS game and the only good DS one is DrasticDS.
