at every end-game pokemart, hyper potions are $1200 which heal 200 HP, there's a herb store in I think Lilycove that has Herbs that heal 200 HP and cost $800.

Herbs tend to lower your pokemon's friendship levels, though.

Also forgot to mention that if friendship gets low enough pokemon stop listening and some even won't evolve.
