you can mess with an itemscheme file and change the equip regions for items and then load up a local game and equip them together.

I can't find a tutorial for it, but I'll ask my friend how exactly he did it.

Yeah, my medic has like a crone's dome, point and shoot, and some other spy hat all put in one. It looks fucking retarded, but yeah, that's how it works. It works on all servers too.

doing the glitch fucked up steam avatars and things like that so i just put the things i wanted together and changed it back

they still work as long as i don't remove them from the loadout slot
