I say if they deserve it and are not falling behind let them enjoy life a bit more. If you want them to stay on top, you give them breaks so they don't feel overworked and think you don't care about them.

Its hot as hell down here so they take as many breaks as they feel they need. Like I said they are great and might take a break or two in a 10 hr day. I told them to take off at noon. I must have done good they are buying me lunch.
