I just went with express settings, also i have done some research and apparently there is also a latency cap on some windows 8 home edition so I removed it as well and got a slight boost on internet speed.

Oh shit.. I haven't used any other versions of MS than Pro or Ultimate for years - I totally forgot that OEM operating systems (the ones they install in retail stores) usually come in Home Edition....
