Grima, you mislabeled the steps.
It's supposed to be linear:
1. Tell them to screw off
2. Continue using the weapon
3. Kill them only with that weapon, taunt after every kill, and say "gg" in chat.
Do all of them, in that order.
And perhaps 4. Call a buddy over to pocket you.

What Thorin and Grima said and i'll volunteer for #4 with my mini sentry and frontier justice for added slap to the face.
A: Tell them to screw off
B: Continue using weapon
C: Kill ONLY them with the weapon they told you to put away, taunt after every kill, and say "gg" in chat.
I usually go with choice C.
