I could understand a mini-dispenser by say removing the healing component of it or something like that...but how 2 nerf teleporter yet make it useful still?

I dunno. Maybe make it a level 2 or 1.5 but can't repair it, but cost less metal and builds faster or something. Meowcenary master game balancer 2013

Maybe it could be an offensive teleporter? Less metal to build, level 2 with a faster construction but has 50% less health and sappers destroys it faster. Keep the old teleporter as a support for the team while the mini is used to get some behind the enemies line
