Help Me! Warzone is running horribly even on good Graphics Card.

After today's update, Im getting ~20fps even on low settings and nothing running besides MSI Afterburner. Before the update, it usually ran at 60fps (which even then, isnt good with the specs and settings I have.)
Here's my specs if you're curious:

CPU: Ryzen 3600X (Overclocked to 4.4GHz)
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1660 TI (Overclocked)
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3600

Is there something Im doing wrong here? (I have my drivers updated so that aint the issue.)

Edit:
There was an update that made it playable again. But I still dont know why I get only 60fps on 720p low settings on a 1660 ti
