First of all, thank you for taking time to review my request. Today 1/12/21 I tried to log into one of Skials servers and I was brought up with an immediate ban. It says that my IP address has been banned though I have never been on the server before. I'm very confused as there is no listed reason for the ban and I haven't even played on a Skial server before. What can I do to fix this? Im honestly just more confused than anything, I've only ever had one steam account and I don't know why my IP address would be banned from my first time joining. I would just like a reason more than anything, I look forward to hearing from you. Again thank you for your time.​

I have never used cheats in Tf2 I have 3 younger siblings who also play the game and I had my suspicion about "cheats" but I've asked them and they've all denied using them, I just don't understand and there is no information that I could find about the ban other than what is available on sourcebans.
