Do you mean on the current server you are on, or an historical list of everyone ignored?
Probably, but it doesn't seem that clear.
BTW, the OP doesn't seem to be making a suggestion to add a feature, just asking if its a thing, but maybe this can be moved to suggestions, as it seems to be a wanted feature so far.
Just remute them. In most cases it is permanent.
As an avid user of the !ignore feature, there isn't a way to see who you have !ignored in the server, but if you reconnect or they reconnect it gets rid of it instantly, so it doesn't seem entirely needed.

Thank you, I just didn't want to have a huge list of people muted without realizing, so the fact that it resets when they rejoin is good for me
