Any other reason you should be admin:
I'm very active and and levelheaded with everyone in the server. I don't think that makes a difference but it's something.​

+1, He is a great player in Zombie Escape, and would be a great candidate for admin. His behavior is never questionable, and he is very well liked in the server. While he did get the ban question wrong, I believe he can easily learn how to get it right. The thing you cannot easily learn however is how to have a fitting personality for admin, and Feebly has it already. He is also extremely active on the server, and it always helps to have active admins that can be online all the time and monitor players.
