Banned but can't find my ban on the ban list?

I tried to join the US Skial trade server today but instead it told me I was banned, I tried to rejoin but I got the same message and even tried other Skial servers and still got the message. I wasn't sure what happened or why I was banned so I went to skial.com/sourcebans and couldn't find my ban on the ban list? I can't appeal the ban if I can't provide my ban details or state why I should be unbanned if I don't even know what I was banned for. Is it possible my ID was mistaken for someone else's? Thanks in advance.

For some reason I still can't post my Steam ID despite having more than 2 posts, so here are the digits at the end of my ID: 76561198216911911
Also I'd rather not link my Steam account to my Skial account, I'm just not comfortable logging in with Steam
