Any other reason you should be admin:
I’ve already applied to be an admin but due to reasons, I closed it to improve my records. I gave myself about a month to improve both my report history and other player interactions.


I would like to join the admin team for one reason, to keep our great servers clean and friendly.

I grew up with skial, I started playing 4 years ago on these servers; from trade Minecraft to 2Fort NY, I’ve played these servers as a regular.

I’ve reported multiple people for varying reasons, always keeping a note on the rules, reading them before I submit a report and applying the correct information, a demo or something in the chat log.

I would never abuse any power if given, I will acknowledge an error and seek to fix it, but never will I never knowingly abuse powers to anyone.

I am currently in college for 4 days but that will not affect that I can fully do my job; doing cybersecurity if anyone is curious.

When I am not on Tf2 or skial, I am helping users with VAC and hardware related issues and I have made guides with intention of helping other users.​

I like that you've improved on the reports department, that you help others, nice chat logs, but

why are you helping cheaters?

I checked his post he doesn't help hackers in anyway the post was very good btw it's just talking about how games are detecting hackers with Overwatch ect ect. If he is doing a post about vac bans he needed to explain how you can play legitately again and that's normal atm I just want to insult you for being dumb upper but I'm just gonna say that you are as stupid as you are bad on tf2. You don't even talk about the fact that in his post he is talking about VAC BAN errors too blablabla.

@Rachel The Promised End I saw you few times on the forum and you seem to be someone who just wants to help people so it's a +1 for me.

I believe in being a decent human being; A cheater is still a human being and if they want some understanding on why they got VAC/game banned, they'll get some information about it.

If they want to play regularly, I will help them regardless. Being a good, decent person to someone else gets you much more respect than trolling the poor fool.

Upper, I took you for someone that was very informative and smart, I would've never thought you would take one of my guides out of context without understanding who it's for and forum I referenced.

two things I'm going to point out,

Is there anything wrong with helping a cheater learn from their mistakes? that is what the "Understanding VAC and game bans" is about, not circumventing VAC. That is inherently made for people who actually want to play without cheats, so I'm going to help them understand that process.

The "Steam discussion rules in Detail for understanding." guide is for the Steam forums and those only.

Different kind of ban, I'd still treat you like a decent human being but there is no unban for any cheating on these forums, so no not really. I also wouldn't tolerate a ban evasion.

Also VAC discussion is a whole different forum from any appeal forum, take a look: https://steamcommunity.com/discussions/forum/9/ People don't exactly understand why they did or don't have enough information about it. Me a few other users help people who don't understand and the few who act like they don't know.

Oh, so I'm p sure ban evasion is allowed for the bans in games then DUH sorry my bad OMG im so dumby dumb.

You're gonna help people who want to play without cheats... BUT WAIT... They were banned by some sort of anti cheat system! I'm sure you're supposed to LITERALLY circumvent (yes, GET AROUND) it - that's what that part of the guide IS - by creating another account on a clean-ass PC.

Your guide is for understanding the bans yes, that's what it says, that's most of the guide but you just can't ignore the part where the juicy stuff is at

Surely, if steam wanted to perm ban players instead of accounts, they would implement ip bans like Skial does. But their corporate money grabbing ideology means that they are quite happy for people to make a new account and rebuy a game they are banned from. Seriously, how many people are going to go through the rigmarole of a fresh install and rebuy a game, just to cheat again and be VAC banned again within 2 minutes.

Very true except for when the game is free to play (TF2) and where Skial has strict policies against hackers getting second chances and ban evasions on alt accounts.

As much as I don't like upper's approach, I see his point. The guide, albeit informative, encourages fresh starts (just ban dodging and frowned upon in this community). If you're a staff member of a community, you can't have guides under the pretext of "social aid" that directly violate the rules of the community, no matter your personal beliefs regarding the subject (and I, for one, believe in second chances too).

That being said, I don't believe this says anything negative about you as an individual or potential admin applicant. I'm willing to believe you won't actively help people dodge (i.e. explain how to IP change), but if it were up to me I'd say any activity such as this guide has to go. This obviously doesn't include helping people with VAC, just not the circumvention part specifically.

On another note, I've seen you on trade twice, with Nicholas present. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I got the vibe that you were quite argumentative and thin skinned (you were having a childish fight with a person back then about tryharding or something of the sort IIRC and were really taking the bait). You also got worked up after reading upper's feedback. Being an admin involves dealing with trolls, assholes, people who are there just to fuck with you, people who go look for you on the server to kill you and taunt... if you have thin skin this won't work.
That being said, I can see the effort you're making with reports (just dont force them just for the sake of making your app look good). Reporting should be a genuine effort to keep the community clean not a milestone to be able to reapply). I also noticed your attempts to be helpful in the community and I can respect that. I don't doubt you're a good person overall.

I will be holding my feedback until I see your response.
