I would say that I would main medic, this is because he is one of the simplest characters to main, with spy, sniper, etc. Being the hardest. And the medic was my first ever class to main. The medic only needs to do these things
- Keep his patient healed in fights (and others around you if the fight isn't hectic)
- Keep your back secure from enemy spies.
- Keep a distance from your patient so that splash related weapons do not damage you too.
- If you want to block yourself from bullets, try to defend yourself by standing behind your patient and let him absorb the damage.

The medic may be a not so easy main, but he is one of the easiest out of the 9

dragons fury pyro is underrated and shreds health with crits

I've gotten to the point where I just main random loadout now or whatever my pubstomping friends need me to do (bomb as a roamer, pocket them as a medic, dm with scout, w/e). I don't like sticking to certain classes or loadouts anymore. I have more fun this way than trying to always play medic like I was :)

I main friendlies.

Depends on the game mode.
Casual: Mostly sniper, spy, soldier, and scout
MVM: Medic
Competitive: Soldier, Medic

Flying Solider with a Direct hit (I play in the trade server)

I main Medic, for the following three reasons:

1. Every team needs a medic, even those that persist in rushing madly into the jaws of death like they're explodable lemmings.
2. I can't aim for crap.
3. I live vicariously for other peoples' skill and ability.
4. I can't count.

Medic of course, I latch on to other players skill, using them as a human shield and run away at the slightest hint of danger.

I don't believe there are that many medic mains out there...
