Is steaminventory helper safe?

the rule I go by is "if you have to ask, it probably isn't"

It is a very helpful tool and legit from what I know.

Never heard of it before and I don't know why I'd ever need to use it, @KinCryos has the right idea.

According to google chrome's downloads it has over 718,000 users and a little over 7,300 reviews

I would assume its legit based off the downloads/reviews but I personally don't like the idea of downloading something that has access to one's steam inventory

There website can make up the users they want from my point of view and the and the thing where it says.
Buying items more quickly without any confirmations
It makes my eye twitches

Noone has definitively demonstrated that SiH is doing anything fishy with their tool but I abandoned it when they implemented those changes and especially when they shut off all discussion about it. It's a risk, be aware of that risk. I would encourage other alternatives. search reddit for examples
