When I did the report, I didn't even know that you could be inside that small building -- or that you could crouch through the front, even after playing on the map a lot. Because the interior can kill teammates, but you can utilize it to escape (or even hide for a couple seconds) and it's an intended part of the map, this puts the situation in a grey area. After talking to another admin I've decided to unban you, but don't build another teleport exit there again.

I (or another mapper) will edit the map so that this situation can't happen again. I apologize for banning you without knowing the entirety of the situation.
