Given you and the account that got banned were the only folks to use that IP, and you used the IP several days prior to the hacker, this leads me to believe you or someone in your household was caught hacking. We cannot unban, sorry.

can you write easier? my english is so so. i dont understand what do you mean.

we have in Russia several cities can have one subnet. I'm not guilty of the fact that "my neighbor from another city" is engaged in hacking. please disband
