Recent Server Issues

If you've have an issue swapping weapons, the issue should be resolved by reconnecting to the server.

For those of you who have experienced numerous crashes and other glitches recently , it should be stressed that these issues are a result of bugs from Valve's side rather than ours.

This recent issue was caused by Valve. Anyone who was connected to the server when the server reconnects to Steam would not be able to switch loadouts until they reconnected. This bug seems to have been introduced in the last update. Our servers try to reconnect to Steam as fast as possible because being disconnected from Steam would result in not showing up on the browser list. That's why it seemed that our servers were more affected than others.

If you are experiencing any issues, especially those lasting longer than a day, please feel free to report them on our forums here. We might be able to do something about it.

Since the Pyro update was released, we have fixed as many as 5 server crashes, some of which have not yet been fixed by Valve. However there is a client crash out there that crashes everyone in the server at the same time we are unable to fix.
