That Integra Telecom IP is banned because it was used by a hacking alt on 23 Feb 2015. And then many more hacker alts. And then on 30 Jun 2016 you used it and got a linked IP ban.

If it helps any, I commonly use my IPhone's internet hotspot for my internet. Does that have anything to do with it?

This was 5 months ago. You only seem to use your VZW hotspot and Charter/Spectrum IPs so I wouldn't worry about it.

Integra isn't related to Verizon so no. Using your hotspot isn't ideal because of a high chance of eventually getting a bad IP but they are usable.

Integra doesn't seem like a VPN. The first 9 out of the 11 accounts that have used it seem to all be related, but the 10th and 11th aren't.
Do you know who this is? http://steamcommunity.com/id/teaguegv/ They used the same IP on the same day as you.

Okay. And no, I don't know who that is. So what does this mean for me?

I sort of expected this, since 15 hours apart sounds less like two friends playing together and more like some sort of public school or library connection.
So what does this mean for me?
It would've been helpful to nail down exactly where that connection was if it was public internet, but as a rule of thumb you should just never use public internet connections for TF2.
I don't think you're the same person as the original cheating account or their main so I will unban you.

Thank you. And I'm not using a public connection, but I do have to use my phone for internet because I live in the boonies so yeah. But thanks for taking time to help me.
