Can other players in the server see the trail?

I know there's some uncommon bug with trails where you can see a trail on a player who shouldn't have one but the whole server doesn't see it as well, not sure if that's what this is

This has been a bug for a while now, couldn't you just check to see if the player is a spectator and if he is disable the trail? Seems like a really simple fix to me.

No, I don't think it's the same thing. I've seen the spectator trail bug happen in deathrun servers a couple years ago. You think it'd be patched by now.

Yeah they can see it as well, I was the last player on that match and hale was following me everywhere because of that trail, it can be avoided just disabling the trail but if more people knows that the trail can reveal people they will start abusing it just to mess up with the last ones alive.
