Though your recent behaviour seems to have been good, I'm not sure about your six prior punishments.

Mistakes? It's hard to believe that you can make so many mistakes and not learn.

Mr. Devil wouldn't abuse his powers because he knows that there would be punishment to bad actions, and a lot of people like him and really want him as an admin. I have never seen him break any rules in the time of my gameplay of TF2. He voteslays people who freekilled and votebans if they are going on a freekill murder spree.(Example of murder spree) Like a machina snipers shooting 20 innocent prisoners then leaving the server :disappointed:. He has reported people who have broken the rules so much when staff isn't on the server. This is why i think he would make a good admin.

I can see his interest in benefiting the community.

I think he's really taken the Skial community to heart mostly recently, for he's not been blocked or banned since September. This tells me he was obviously a bit foolish in his endeavors at first, but significantly accommodated discipline and reasoning for himself to better the community. He really doesn't like rule-breakers, and is simultaneously very friendly. Good admins always have fun, but know exactly where to draw the line, and Devil has proven that for himself.

-1. Playing annoying ass music in server with Sm3x. Not sure how that's admin quality, but, that's my opinion.

I would say +1 with all of the postitve feed back but with some of the negative feed back I need to think this through so +0 for now.

+1 he knows when get an admin on if there is any sort of friendlies on the ff2 server that we both go on hardly see him dicking around and being a jerk

Well, I have quite a bit to say. He has been a great friend over the 3 months I have been playing on Skial's FF2 server. Although he has gotten me banned once, that does prove he will not give his "friends" any lienancy on punishments.

But his behavior since then clearly shows that he has learnt from what he did...
I don't really think the time passed or the frequency of his rule breaking should be taken into account, he has clearly changed and matured on the servers. His current attitude on the servers is exactly what is expected from an admin, eager to help new players and report rule breakers, as has be shown by the support of many in this thread.
