Out of Memory Error

Gore-Spattered Heavy
I get this error about 10 minutes into running the game. It is usually associated with the console spamming the same error messag over and over again. I have spent hours searching other forums for an answer, does anybody know the solution? (This is on Windows, not Mac)

i think i had a problem like this with missing captions once.
if it is missing textures the only way i know of that might fix it is redownloading the map, which requires either deletion of said map from the files or reinstalling tf2 and joining the server again. I would recommend you wait until you find out if someone else has any ideas

Go to your TF2 installation.
Usually: C:\<program files>\Steam\steamapps\Team Fortress 2\tf
Search for ".cache" - this should bring up all files in the tf directory (and sub-directories) that contain this name.
Select them all (CTRL + A) then delete them all.
After you have done this, re-launch TF2 and the problem will be fixed.
