Resolved Map not loading/down loading

Have you tried deleting the map from your map folder and reloading? Some map developers change map features without changing the version of the map so tf2 tries to load the old version as its already downloaded.

I usually delete the corrupted map file from my tf folder and then try to see if the map will automatically download from the server. If not, download it from gamebanana. But if everyone is having that problem then it would be on the server's end.

This is apparently happening to everyone

I got several complaints over steam now from people on VSH who said the entire server dropped to 0 when they tried loading the map

The error says that the map is missing. If there was a map present in the map folder, the error would be different if the map was outdated.

This error instead means that the map file isn't on the server for download. When you download maps, the server usually sends your computer a URL of a website where it can retrieve the maps. This speeds up the map download process.
But in this case it seems the map is probably not found (404) on that website, or the website may be down.

Spread the word a bit if you play on VSH/FF2 so players know they can vote for the map again
