Closed Admin App: Salty Mcpepperson

He's a long time regular on 2fort LA+, great guy, knows the game, knows the difference between hacking and good aim. I would trust him to make adult decisions.

+1 Admin this guy already damn , we need him as a regulator in 2fort, too many hackers and disrespectful players that need to be straightened out. I've been playing with him for over 2 years on LA skial maps as I only play and donate to skial. I would feel comfortable with someone like Salty Mcpepperson serving as Admin where I feel I can continue to donate and support skial into the future as i have been for the past 4 years Thank You manwich

Before you applied for this, it seems you didn't really care or to bother reporting people in chat, but as soon as you applied to this, all of a suddenly your chat changed and your acting good. I'm sorry, but it seems that even if you get accepted in this, it will change you. I can see how your attitude and mentality changed in-game after applying to this, which is bad. You should be who you are. For example, before you applied to become a mod, you never said anything against rule breakers, but all of a suddenly after applying to this, your chat now mainly consists of "Don't do that please, against the rules" and with lots of reports in-game. You never had this before.

Because of this, and I am deeply sorry to say; if you get this mod position it will change you and your attitude and we don't need anymore of that. The power of this position will make you into something bad and we don't need ANYMORE of that than we already do. I have a bad feeling about this person that he should not become a mod. Peace with you.

Only thing I can see wrong is a one day mute for racism about a year ago. Other then that I don't see any more glaring problems. +1.

If someone makes reports after they apply, how is that a bad thing? It just shows that they're now dedicated and interested in the position. You can't expect people to develop an interest in Skial the moment they connect to a Skial server, nor can you know when that interest is sparked. The only way of possibly knowing that for certain is when they apply. Even if they say it in a server, it's not a 100% guarantee that they're interested as things may come up.

In addition to this, if an applicant is interested, naturally, what a good applicant would do is change their attitude to one that is friendly and mature when the situation demands it. If you're going to say no to someone because they're now interested in the position and have actively been trying to change themselves and support the servers then you might as well vote for trump while you're at it.

Fact of the matter is, we don't have admins who intentionally throw punches at people without reason, you're just the kind of person who would black out after being slapped in the face by a napkin. In this case, we want more admins like pepper who can actively promote a friendly and lively environment in our servers.
