has anyone ever played the map "cp_warpath2"?? its a highly balanced 5cp remake of the team fortress classic map. Used to be a huge hit on tf2 until recently where no servers anywhere run it.

Quickplay really killed off a ton of custom maps unfortunately

Now days its boiling down to only the mainstream maps

I think I played warpath a few times before

it's a well balanced map in nromal gameplay, but it is a paradise second only to pl_clifftop for engineers familar with finding map holes, v1 had quite a fair number, v2 only has 1 thankfully, but it's one of the more-easily accessible, and allows engineers access to building into/under all spawn rooms, all control points, and generally the whole map

And I am guilty of being one of them :3

I've only played the Fortress Forever version but nothing beats the classic map.

One of the best maps on Team Fortress Classic.

I purchased TF2 back in 2007. Since then, I've seen the game change right before my eyes; New gamemodes, weapons, the introduction of trading and hats.

There are many fond and nastoligic memories I remember, from being hyped on the first day of the Mannconomy update, to, a more exciting part - The Gold Rush update. Back in 2008 when the update hit, everyone, including me, was very excited. This was also the time of the Medic update, where he gotten his first unlocks. I remember when I joined a server running Gold Rush, to my surprise, both the teams were comprised of Medics. This, in my mind, was chaotic. Many different people spamming the needle gun was a sound to hear, and a sight to witness
